Manager of the Month nomination for Unai Emery

The Premier League Manager of the Month award for September has been nominated for Unai Emery.
Emery supervised the impressive 6-1 victory over Brighton and the superb 1-0 triumph over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Villa also defeated Crystal Palace, while at Liverpool, they suffered their lone loss of the month.

Eddie Howe, Mikel Arteta, Jurgen Klopp, and Ange Postecoglou are Emery’s opponents at Newcastle.

On October 11, supporters have till noon to cast their votes.

Player of the Month candidates Ollie Watkins and Pedro Neto

Both Ollie Watkins of Villa and Pedro Neto of Wolves have been nominated for the Premier League player of the month award for September.
While picking up a hat-trick of assists with two against Crystal Palace and one against Liverpool, Neto continued to flourish for Gary O’Neil’s team. His lone goal of the month was a magnificent solo effort against Luton.

Finally, Neto capped off the month by helping Wolves defeat Manchester City and score the game’s first goal.

The Wolves winger is competing for the honor against Villa’s Watkins, who had a strong month till the end.

 

His goal helped Villa defeat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, and he then scored an incredible hat-trick against Brighton to help his team win 6-1.

Watkins continued to shine under Unai Emery by contributing an assist in the convincing victory.

The two are competing for the honor with Mohamed Salah, Kieran Trippier, Julian Alvarez, Son Heung-min, and Jarod Bowen. EA Sports is conducting the voting.
