Manchester United Reach an Agreement to Sign Sekou Kone,

Manchester United and Guidars FC of Mali have reached an agreement for the 18-year-old Sekou Kone.

Although manager Erik ten Hag has sought to bolster the defensive midfielder position, United intends to ease Kone into the English premier league with the under-21s while he gets acclimated to the country.

Being aware of the significant cultural shift Kone will encounter after moving from Mali, United plans to integrate him gradually.

Though he is a player for the future, Kone is said to have a lot of promise and might eventually be a No. 6 option for the starting lineup.

Leny Yoro from Lille, Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna, Matthijs De Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern Munich are the players that United has signed so far this summer.

In their first Premier League match last Friday, Ten Hag’s team defeated Fulham 1-0. This Saturday, they will play Brighton & Hove Albion.
