West Ham United have completed the signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Manchester United.
The 26-year-old full-back had previously been reported by The Athletic to have reached a personal terms agreement with West Ham following their agreement on a £15 million ($19.2 million) deal.
Wan-Bissaka will once more wear the No. 29 after agreeing to a seven-year contract that will keep him with the team until 2031.
“It was a no-brainer for me to join West Ham—I am pleased and happy to be here,” he remarked after relocating to east London.
“It’s an amazing feeling to be back in London, and I’m excited for what’s coming. I was born here, so I know the ins and outs of London, which plays a big part in my life, so to be back playing in this city means a lot to me.
“I’m happy to be here, am grateful for the warm welcome, and I am excited to be playing for the club and will give it my all.”

Wan-Bissaka paid an initial £45 million transfer fee to Manchester United from Crystal Palace, with an additional £5 million in potential bonuses.
During his five seasons with Manchester United, he has made 190 first-team appearances and scored twice.
After Jean-Clair Todibo, Wes Foderingham, Guido Rodriguez, Luis Guilherme, Niclas Fullkrug, Crysencio Summerville, and Max Kilman, Wan Bissaka becomes West Ham’s eighth summer acquisition.
At the London Stadium on Saturday, West Ham will take on Aston Villa in the Premier League opener.
Wan-Bissaka’s trademark move

Wan-Bissaka has a signature move when playing football.
In certain instances during a game, the defender looks around, decides where to go to ground, and eventually flicks the ball away from an attacker.
Reflecting on those instances during an interview with The Athletic, he said: “That moment could be any time really, you’ve just got to be focused,” he says, becoming animated. You have to be confident with it. You can’t be half-hearted.
“I was never taught it, just happened naturally. I realised I was all right at tackling around 18, but it caught the eyes of the coaches when I was training with the first team at Palace. That’s when I realised it was a special trait.”
